Markie is 17h and around 1800 lbs. He has a superb disposition, fluid movement, and a refinement seen in few drafts. A proven producer of quality Sport Horses, "Markie" puts good bone, refinement, movement, disposition, stamina, and size on his get. Big, bold, and black, he has produced over 30 foals with 90% black. When bred to color breeds, the mare's pattern predominates. His registered Percheron offspring have been shown successfully and the same is proving true of his Sport Horse get. These very versatile youngsters are being used for dressage, driving, mounted police work, parades, and trail and pleasure riding. Markie has now sired several AWS inspected babies. Some have earned Red Preferred. |
